AVnode | LPM 2015 > 2018 is a Large Scale Cooperation Project co-funded by the Creative Europe Culture Programme of the European Union chosen with other 15 ones proposals amongst 127 applications submitted.
AVnode | LPM 2015 > 2018 is a cooperation project between 13 partners from 12 countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Turkey and United Kingdom.
AVnode | LPM 2015 > 2018 aim is to promote and develop live video culture to both European and worldwide audiences.
AVnode | LPM 2015 > 2018 project foresees the production of 36 festivals, 3 Meetings, 3 Audience Development Conferences and 200 satellite events in 3 years. Each festival will host 1 artist as extra feature, so at least 630 selected guest artists will be promoted by the partners across Europe.
AVnode | LPM 2015 > 2018 will reach this estimated numbers over the 3 years: 3.000 artists, 500.000 people during the events and at least 10.000.000 of people with the communication plan.

Live Cinema Festival is a live performing exhibition that explores and promotes all the artistic trends whom is attributed the term “Live Cinema”, with performances by artists which have made this narrative technique their stylistic code.Live Cinema Festival is an artistic project which counts, among its main objectives, the enhancement of the territory and the promotion of artistic contents able to actively involve young people, providing input which can inspire and influence their lives positively.
Live Cinema Festival is an event which reflects the spirit of this era, in which technology has overrun every aspect of our lives: in this case, an age in which machines, art and technology come together to spread new messages and new perspectives, proposing a new imagery, breaking down the borders between media and contents, manipulating images and using different approach and techniques to create a final content as result of improvisation and skill of the single artists.
The project aims to offer to the audience an overview of this way of portray Live Cinema, through the performances of artists coming from different countries; Live Cinema is, in fact, a form of expression all around the world and, thanks to the development of technologies, feeds itself creating almost daily new contents, ideas, points of view, giving input for dedicated events and international cultural debates.
“Live Cinema” means an experimental narrative technique, applied to performative video, which gives rise to the simultaneous creation of sound and images in real time, in which the traditional standards of narrative cinema, represented by the subjectivity of the camera, is expanded into a broader conception.
“Cinema” is conceived as act of simultaneously creation of images and sounds that interact with each other and take shape in a synesthetic approach that results in audio-video performance realized in real-time, in which the viewer’s perception is in constant tension between experimentation and re-enactment.

Bursa AV Residency
The attitude for new artistic disciplines and the for the technology, as well as dialogue between the Municipality and the other funding members of the project gave rise to what will be the first Bursa AV Residency artist residency focused on live video entirely promoted by a public entity in the city of Bursa. The partners will support the construction of the program and the promotion of local artists, giving a new nourishment to the Turkish contemporary scene which is growing very fast in the latest years.
